About the speaker

Imagine a world where you could create any product in a matter of hours from the comfort of your own home, all you would need is the design file. When everyone has access to their own personal means of production, IP will become more important and vulnerable than ever.

While still in its infancy, this technology has the potential to change IP laws, practices and enforcement.

John Hornick knows it’s hard to picture that reality at the moment, but that’s why he is spreading the word about the possibilities and challenges that 3D printing will bring.Through his years of experience working in IP, John has expert insights as to how this revolution will affect the industry and possible precautions that could be taken.
