Red Points surveyed 2,000 U.S. shoppers to get insights into their online shopping behavior for the holiday season. All participants in this group were planning to do at least some of their holiday shopping online. The survey was carried out between July 28th and August 3rd, 2021, and participants came from a range of age groups and geographic locations.
