Future Brand Protection predictions by experts

As ecommerce sales continue to grow every year, the role of in-house legal counsel and  brand protection professionals has never been more important. With new infringement cases popping up online faster than ever, fraudulent trademark applications on the rise and bad actors becoming more sophisticated , staying on top of new trends in Brand Protection can be difficult, yet critical.

During our session, experts from leading world known brands will share their unfiltered viewpoints on everything from whether developing a strategy for intellectual property management in the metaverse makes sense to why fraudulent trademark applications should be top of mind.

Additionally, you will hear insights based on official OECD research on which industries are expected to be even more vulnerable to online counterfeiting in the coming years. Also expect to get a glimpse into how the pandemic impacted Starbucks, Target and INTA´s members brand protection strategy, and what they learnt from it.

Because one size fits all approaches to brand protection aren't viable, Red Points has gathered leading voices from across the brand protection landscape from Starbucks, Target INTA and the OECD to share insights and predictions on today´s and tomorrow´s brand protection challenges.
